Do I need an internet connection to access UrgentChart?
Yes. To access the EMR platform, you need a stable internet connection — hard-wired from a computer or via WiFi for mobile devices.
How much does the UrgentChart system cost?

Can UrgentChart extend to multiple locations?

Can I migrate my old EMR data to UrgentChart?

Does UrgentChart require installation on my clinic computers?
No. UrgentChart is a fully cloud-based system that requires only an internet connection and a browser on your device to access the software in the cloud.
Where is the patient data stored? How do I know it's secure?
UrgentChart utilizes AWS to store patient data, which is secured using multi-level security mechanisms and encryption. AWS is architected to be the most flexible and secure cloud computing environment available today.
Its core infrastructure is built to satisfy the security requirements of the military, global banks, and other high-sensitivity organizations. Data is accessible only to authenticated users with designated credentials.
Does someone need to visit my clinic if the software has updates?
No. UrgentChart’s technical experts perform all updates remotely via cloud servers to keep your software up to date and running smoothly.
Does UrgentChart work on Mac?
Yes. UrgentChart only requires an internet connection and a browser. Neutral browsers such as Firefox that run on Windows, Mac, or Android OS can be used to access UrgentChart.
How affordable is UrgentChart?
UrgentChart offers a predictable, fixed-fee implementation that includes updates and enhancements to help minimize financial impact.
Can UrgentChart integrate with outside systems?
UrgentChart can integrate with most outside systems. Some programs and vendors that UrgentChart integrates with are listed on the EMR Integration Marketplace.
